Our company consists of an office team and a maintenance team.
Meet our office team:
Donna Barnes is the property manager. She is a committed and dedicated property manager who lives on site in the South Park area. Donna has been with Spruill Property Management for 15+ years and has all the experience necessary to make your move to our properties the best it can be.
Lesa Bowen is our office manager, and has been with us for 4 years. While she is a Webster County native, she loves Starkville and all things MSU. Lesa is a valuable member of our team and is always eager to help make your move a pleasant one.
Meet our maintenance team:
Frank Young has been with Spruill Property Management as long as we have been in business. He has the skills to handle almost any imaginable maintenance problem. We strive to respond within hours of the time that a maintenance issue is reported.
Willie Mitchell has been with Spruill Property Management for almost 7 years. He is a valuable member of the team. He works hand in hand with Frank to make your apartment a comfortable home.
Our ownership:
Spruill Property Management is owned by D. Lynn Spruill, a native of Starkville, and Lydia Quarles who now calls Starkville her home. We have been in this business since 2000 and have acquired more than 340 units that we own and manage. We are constantly upgrading and improving our units where necessary in order to provide the very best housing options in the City of Starkville. We believe that if we do our job right you will enjoy the feel of being home in our neighborhoods.
