Some of the units have stained concrete floors and others have tile as well as carpet. The kitchens have all the appliances included. The locations are all convenient to campus and downtown with a shuttle bus service nearby.

The rental office is centrally located and there is a security officer and on site management available. 24 Hour Emergency maintenance is also available.
